David's formal education in Management Information Systems (MIS) has allowed him to successfully apply his methodical approach to business in several diverse industries.
 

In 1999, David started his career by leading the first data security department at Carnival Cruise Lines. His responsibilities included Y2K remediation, application security implementation due to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, and numerous internal investigations including corporate theft and terror threats.
 

Ready to engage his entrepreneurial spirit, David decided to shift gears in 2004 and pursue a career in real estate. Leveraging his strong technical foundation, he achieved market-leading sales volume and maintained a commitment to the highest ethical values, leading to his induction as a member of South Florida’s most elite broker’s association, The Master Brokers Forum. He went on to form Penthouselife.com™, the largest online marketplace for penthouses worldwide, and served as the Director of Sales for Trump Condominium in Hollywood Beach, Florida, as well as the Director of Sales for the Commercial Division of one of the largest real estate brokerage companies in South Florida.
 

In 2011, David founded Decorus Realty and served as the Broker and Managing Partner. He led a team of 160 agents to over $1.5 billion in sales before selling the company to Sotheby's International Realty in 2020.
 

With confidence in his solution to a problem plaguing society, David co-founded Sapere in 2019 with the goal of creating a paradigm shift from a reactive to a proactive approach to security in the United States.
 

David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems from Cleveland State University, Monte Ahuja College of Business.
